Generously hosted by the Phoenix Social Club on Saturday 7th May, the “Ian G & Friends Charity Event” was a huge success thanks to the performers who gave of their best, plus the behind-the-scenes support of the Phoenix team of volunteer helpers who worked hard to ensure that everyone had a great time. The event raised EU850 for the Archangel Michael’s Hospice, thanks to the facilities and support provided by everyone that helped.
Ian Goodall, otherwise known as Ian G was formerly the frontman and lead guitarist with several bands in Paphos and is a veteran of thousands of live performances in theatre, cabaret, pubs, clubs, TV and radio in the UK, Europe and Cyprus.
Ian was ably supported by well-known local bands Badlandz, Abzorba and soprano singer Tina Chester.
